Outline Application for up to 200 homes on an allocated site on the edge of Abingdon. The site borders a major trunk road and an existing residential area.

The  development  maximises links to existing neighbourhoods whist responding spatially to the character of the more historic parts of Abingdon. The masterplan proposes a central square as a focus with a hierarchy of streets and spaces set around it.. The development was approved in 2017.
