Site promotion to Bridgend County Borough Local Plan Review for residential development of up to 255 new homes and new open space.

 

The site sits between the existing residential area of North Cornelly and Kenfig Pool & Dunes National Nature Reserve. A fragmented green northern edge was proposed to soften the transition between the two areas and reinstate public footpath links.
