A Neighbourhood Plan Promotion, followed by a successful Outline Application, for residential development including a potential shop and community orchard.

 

Our masterplan responded to the edge of village location with a landscape led informal structure. The presentation ensured it could be easily understood by community members. An infographic clearly stated the benefits of the scheme.
