Location: Mendip District

 

The masterplan for the site proposes 120 dwellings to the west of Shepton Mallet.

 

The ground rises as the site moves away from the road, so the main open space was proposed in this area, which included a community orchard, kickabout area, wildlife pond, natural play area and micro allotments.
