This outline application for 700 homes which also includes allotments and land for the expansion of Brackley Rugby Club.

 

The masterplan has green corridors encircling the site and a number of green fingers crossing the site, which retain the existing hedgerows and provide pedestrian links into the existing residential area of Brackley. One of the green fingers also accommodates allotments and new adult rugby pitch and allows for the expansion of the club’s existing pitches to bring them up to the required standards.
