Location: Dorset

A detailed masterplan and accompanying Design and Access Statement for a mixed use development of the edge of a Dorset town. The proposals included up to 114 dwellings plus an employment hub adjacent to the existing town edge in the form of a farm yard style development.

The proposals where allowed following the submission of an Appeal for non-determination where Design and Appearance was subsequently purported as one of several reasons for refusal and was successfully resolved in the form of a round table session at Public Inquiry.
