Outline Planning Permission was granted at appeal for 54 new homes (with no design reason for refusal) on the north eastern edge of the village.

The vision for the masterplan was to create a positive interface with the existing homes as well as a new edge of the village. As part of the design process, we engaged with Council Officers and residents to shape the design to meet local needs.
